i have a macbook air 11 inch. and i have minecraft and it did not come with a starter folder. i pressed f2 a lot and no screenshot folder came into my applications. i dont have library or applications support. same with my mom's old macbook. all i have is the game title and thats it.
iMovie should come with your macbook. If it is not there than you can buy it from the app store.
Its very simple to drop a software disc into a macbook applications, first you need to have the software on your mac than you just need to drag it in one of your folder than it will be in one of your mac folders.

MacBook Pro does not come with eSATA support. If you have MacBook Pro with ExpressCard support, you can get adapter which would allow you to use eSATA. Note: Latest MacBook Pro laptops do not come even with ExpressCard support. Firewire is the fastest available option right now (2010).
The default web browser on a Mac is Safari. The shortcut is located on the Dock. If for some reason it is not there you can find it in Applications.
