I assume this is instead of on paper?
Data on a computer is searchable.
If you had a stack of paper and you were looking for one particular word you'd have to go through each sheet by hand until you found it. Slow, error prone and lots of paper cuts! A computer will search through vast amount of data in a matter of seconds.
Data on a computer is editable.
Changing information on paper? You'll have to write it out again. A computer can edit data using software. How would you get your sheet of paper to a customer on the other side of the world? Mail it? Slow, expensive... email it? Much better.
Backing up
How would you back up your data? On paper, take a photo copy? Computer data can easily be backed up onto a variety of different media such as USB pen drives, CD/DVDs, other hard disk drives, a server, to the internet, etc, etc.
Physical Space
Hard disk drives are physically very small and they can hold a vast amount of data. Much more than you'd ever fit in your house if you printed it out.
optical media
Binary.
Well, recall that shoes can come in half-sizes. That eliminates integers (and similar). The best data type would be a float.
Optical media.
Advantages Your hands are kept free. you dont have to type things in
A field's data type specifies the kind of data it can contain, such as text, numbers, dates, or Boolean values. This helps ensure data integrity by restricting what type of data can be entered into that field, preventing errors and inconsistencies in the database. Choosing the appropriate data type for each field is important for accurately storing and organizing data.
These are three main type of computers: Personal computer :- For Home and Business applications Server :-For Commercial use and data storage Super computers :- For Military, research work and weather forecasting

A primitive data structure is a basic data type that is built into a programming language, such as integers, floating-point numbers, and characters. These data structures are simple and have fixed sizes, making them efficient for storing and manipulating data. They are commonly used for basic operations like arithmetic calculations and storing individual pieces of information.
A facility for storing and retrieving data; a type of server farm. Large facilities are usually duplicated in two or more separate locations to guard against data loss and communication outages.
- the polyethylene plastic bottle is unbreakable- the glass has a solubility (low and dependent on the type of glass) in acids
Data can be stored physically on paper documents, or digitally on computers, external hard drives, or cloud storage. Documentation can be organized using folders or categories, naming conventions, metadata tags, or document management systems like SharePoint. It's important to choose a method that suits the type of data and the needs of the organization for easy retrieval and security.
