email Clint is a computer Programming used to send Email.
The email protocol used to send messages between email servers and for email client software to send messages to the server is SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). SMTP is responsible for the transmission of email messages but does not facilitate the retrieval of emails from a server. For receiving emails, protocols like IMAP or POP3 are typically used instead.
The first email sent from a mobile phone occurred in 1993 when IBM's Simon Personal Communicator, one of the earliest smartphones, was used to send an email. This marked a significant milestone in mobile communication, paving the way for the integration of email capabilities in future mobile devices.
The word email is a noun. Email can also be used as a verb as in to send an email. (e.g. I emailed her about the party last week)
Output devices on a computer are used to send a form of information. The microphone, speakers, HDMI cable, and USB ports are all used to send information.

Depending on the eReader device, you may or may not be able to send and receive short text messages (SMS) or email. Alternative devices with a similar form factor, such as 7" tablet computers, often include these services and provide an application for email. These devices are thus more versatile in principle, but lack the long battery life and excellent reading quality provided by the e-ink display technology commonly used by "pure" e-Reader devices.
