If you chat with an agent then he/she can tell you what is wrong with your account and why it was canceled. A few days ago I chatted with an agent and he founf out what was wrong with my account. Just talk to the agent and have him or her sort out was is wrong with the account and then have them remove your email, billing information (creditcard info), and you address and set up a whole new account.
