ERROR CODE 3259 FIXED AND THIS IS HOW:
First go to Control Panel
Then click System and Security
Followed by Advanced Settings (will say adding SNAP)
Click Inbound Rules
Then New Rule

The Error 3259 is difficult to pin down but is usually attributed to a conflict with some other software -often antivirus or download accelerators. You could try turning off anything like this that you have running while downloading. Log out of your iTunes/Apple account. Restart the Mac and then log back in and try the download again.
I track this down to OpenDNS blocking the download site. This is typical of OpenDNS if you haven't registered your IP with the service while using it. OpenDNS is a great service. Be sure to register your IP with them.
