In Windows XP, where would you go to view the computer's available resources
It depends on your computer itself. If your computer has enough RAM, the required graphics, etc. It does work on a Windows 7 though. On their site, I could not find the system requirements.

As far as I know a number of logins is limited by your computer resources but not by operating system.

That depends on the error you get. Most likely you do not have permission to create/copy files into windows XP volumes. You can use "Security" to grant required rights.
If you have installed Windows software, you can learn from tutorials installed on your computer. Other resources are available all over the internet that will teach you the tips and tricks so you can operate Windows like a pro!

If you use the software for editing and such then you will need a computer but you can ignore that stuff.
