Dear Brian Moynihan;

I have called you by telephone a few times lately.

I am the one John Lorne Kangas, whom you have assisted with bringing a deposit from Asia which was intended to reach my bank at Leduc, Alberta, Canada at the Bank of Nova Scotia or also known as Scotiabank but which was intercepted by the IRS who wished to obtain a "pass" fee in order to allow the deposit to proceed. I did not have the $18,000.00 amount to provide for them and I still do not have the funds.

I am asking if you can arrange to provide me with assistance.

1. Consider this as authority to: (a) take control of the deposit with IRS;

2. Arrange to pay the IRS the amount required to enable release of the fund under your control;

3. Obtain the funds under your control to be deposited into an account in my name, John Lorne Kangas, in your bank.

4. Deduct an amount from the account to cover the cost of the IRS fee of $18,000.00 and pay them as required.

5. Deduct an amount sufficient to constitute a reasonable fee for your bank's work.

6. Remit a first payment of $100,000.00 to my bank account by online bank to bank transfer at your earliest convenience. I will provide account details upon notification as to address, account, etc..

Subsequent transfers can be arranged if this process is agreable to you.

I also have some funds in England that I would like to make arrangements; details can be discussed at a later time.
