The oxygen sensor on a 1994 Mazda MX-6 is typically located on the exhaust pipe, just before the catalytic converter. Depending on the engine type, there may be one or two sensors: one upstream (pre-catalytic converter) and one downstream (post-catalytic converter). To access it, you may need to lift the vehicle and look underneath, or consult the vehicle's service manual for specific details.

My 94 Mazda v6 323f feels like its going to die if i press the accelerator fast, but if i build up the revs slowly, it is smooth. The idle is smooth too. Is this an O2 sensor problem or another? How do I test if the sensor is faulty or not?
When the stock wheels came off there was an ABS sensor that was either tripped or broken. I have the same problem in my '94 Mx6. I would recommend calling around to a few mechanics and explaining the problem to them and getting quotes. If all else fails call a Mazda Dealer for help.
Just unplug the electrical connector and then unscrew the oxygen sensor out of the exhaust pipe.
in exhaust pipes near cat. converters
It is screwed into the exhaust, behind the engine.
It is located on the header.
You did not specify which O2 sensor it is. Is it sensor 1 bank 1, sensor 2 bank 2, sensor 2 bank 1, or sensor 1 bank 2. There are four O2 sensors on a mazda 626
