It is within each application or program. Open the program and then click the name of the program on the top left. A drop down window will appear. Scroll down and click Properties. There is also the System Preferences which is located in the dock.
To install VLC Media Player on an iMac, first, download the VLC installer from the official VideoLAN website. Once the download is complete, open the downloaded DMG file and drag the VLC icon into the Applications folder. After that, you can open VLC from the Applications folder or Launchpad. If prompted about security, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy, and allow the app to run.
To share iPhoto between two users on the same iMac, you can create a shared photo library. First, locate the iPhoto library file in the Pictures folder of the primary user’s account. Then, copy this library file to the Shared folder (found in the Users directory). Both users can then open iPhoto and access the shared library by selecting it in the application's preferences.

Ensure that Bluetooth is On in the Bluetooth section of System Preferences. In the Mouse section of System Preferences click on the Set Up Bluetooth mouse button in the bottom right corner. If the mouse is switched on (small switch underneath - green light should be on) the iMac should discover the mouse.
