No probably not because whenever you type "instant buttons app" on Google, It just says instant buttons for Android. So I'm guessing it's not available for the Ipod.
Text is aligned to the left by default. Text can then be aligned to the right using the options through the Format Cells, which you can do by pressing Ctrl - 1. Then you can click the Alignment tab and set the alignment to the right. You can also use the buttons to change the alignment.

The alignment group buttons only align horizontally. If you want to align vertically, select cell format and format the cell.
