It's far easier just to set up your PDA and your email so that you get a copy of your email on both your PC and your PDA.
You shouldn't need to sync your PDA with Outlook any more.Just use POP3 and set up your email to leave a copy on your PDA and your PC.
You can transfer items from your computer to your PDA. It will be under Syn when you plug your PDA in to your computer a list of options should come up if all the folders are installed. Hope this helped.
