Connect to the DSI shop. There you can download the browser for free. If you need to connect wirelessly you need a wireless router or to find an unlocked connection elsewhere. Go to your SETTINGS menu, select INTERNET, and then after you tap an empty connection select SEARCH FOR A CONNECTION. It will detect any wireless router in range.
