I went to mount coronet. (I entered through the one closest to celestic town) and...there was an Arceus!!!Its supposed to be hard, so figure it out yourself! How do you get an arceus?
You have to get the Azure Flute. You can either get this from a cheat on the R4 or Action Replay or just get it from a Nintendo Event. Its most unlikely there will be a Nintendo Event for it ever again so if you have those two cheat objects then you should get the cheat quickly. When you have got the Azure Flute, go to Spear Pillar at Mt. Coronet and at the entrance there is a mat on the floor. You must give your Chansey (you've gotta have one) the Azure Flute and press A when on the mat. You must have Chansey in your party. It will say " Do you want Chansey to blow into the Azure Flute"? You then say " Yes". It will make a loud whining noise when you start blowing it. Then the screen will go white. After that stairs will appear. The stairs are heading into the sky. Walk right up the stair until you reach the top. Then Arceus will appear. You catch Arceus then and use an Ultra Ball. To get arceus u must first get a mystery gift from the tv man in jubilife city in the giant bulding. Hes gonna ask u about your opinion about tv and if u tell him everyone happy and wifi-conneciton he`ll give u the mystery gift, Now save and turn of the game. Turn it on again and at the main menu u`ll see mystery gift that apperad. Click it and u can get a Nintendo event via a friend, wireless communications or WFC ( i chose WFC). NOw finish the event and u`ll get azura flute. Go to mt.Coronet and climb it till u get to spear pillar. U`ll get ask if u want to sing the flute, say yes and a staircase will appear. climb it and get ready cuz arceus is waiting and hes tough. U can catch or kill him to see how strong u are ( i caught him).

well, first you need the mystery gift which you get from a friend or something and go to mt corenet and go to where you caught dialga or palkia, the game will ask you if you want blow the azure flute (which is the mystery gift) and say yes then stairs will apear and go up and arceus is there! or just use an r4 or a action replay or i entered an action replay code that lets you catch every pokemon, but, i forgot what the site was called.
