The standard Burn button from the Mac's Finder will create a single session and close it so that it cannot be added to. To make multiple additions to a CDRW disc use Disk Utility found in the Utilities folder in the Applications folder.
Put the files you want to burn into a folder. Open Disk Utility and create a new disk image of the folder you want to burn. Click on the Burn button in the toolbar at the top, select the disc image that you want to burn, and click on Burn again. In the dialog box that opens click the blue triangle on the right hand side for more options. Ensure you tick the "Leave disc appendable" option. Now click Burn to burn the disk. Repeat this procedure to add more stuff to the disc. The final Burn button will have changed to Append. Each addition to the disc will show as a separate disc icon on the desktop.
Commercial burners such as Toast (See links below) have a simpler means of performing multiple burns.

Hello, In Order to Rewrite the CD, Nero or you can Enable Recording by right cliking on the drive, > Properties> Recording tab Enable. OR U require Sonic, with DLA option, which can allow you to delete files from the CD-RW
No you can not, as CD-ROM games are for a PC or MAC.
To insert a CD into a Mac, place the disc label side facing up and align it with the disc slot. Gently push the CD into the slot until the Mac automatically pulls it in. If your Mac has a tray, open the tray, place the CD label side up, and close the tray.
A CD-R can only be written on once, to rewrite or erase old data to use the disc again you need a CD-RW
Download an ISO of the Mac OS CD, and then burn that ISO with Nero to the CD. It will be an exact copy of that disc. If the ISO was copied from a bootable CD then the copy you burn will be bootable.
