No, you should not put the stoneware from a crockpot directly on a campfire, as it is not designed for direct heat and can crack or break. Crockpot stoneware is intended for use in electric slow cookers or conventional ovens. If you want to use it outdoors, consider using a heat source that provides indirect heat, like a grill or a campfire with a pot rack. Always check the manufacturer's guidelines for specific recommendations.
You can cook almost anything in one, so yes you can put ham in a pressure cooker.

No, it is not safe to put a crockpot in the fridge. The sudden change in temperature can cause the crockpot to crack or break, posing a safety risk. It is best to transfer the food to a different container before refrigerating it.

you can brown your stew meat in a skillet until slightly done then put it in a crockpot. There's a stew seasoning you can buy in packets at the store, and put that with your stew meat and fill the crockpot about half way with water, and you can also put in bite size raw potatoes, celery, carrots, bell peppers, frozen corn, and any other veggies you like and cook it over night. By the way my name is Maggie, im 11 years old and I'm a wannabe cooking chef. And that's not a joke. I swear.
I was going to use mine too. Mine a Rival, has a stoneware insert. It says it can go in the oven, but does not mention temps. The lid can not go in, but I thought I could use heavy foil. I think I'll check their site first for temp info. I found this on the crock pot website. It says that all Crock-Pot slow cooker removable crockery may be used safely in the oven with temperatures up to 400°F without the lid.
Yes, the crockpot makes it easy to cook meals while at work and stuffed peppers is one of them. Stuff them how you like them - for example with beef, rice, chopped onions, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and spices such as garlic powder Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. When you have them how you like them, you can put the in a crockpot (and you can stack them if you wish) for 6-7 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Yum!

Put it am omlet, ham sandwich, make a casserole, put with beans in a crockpot,
Wash and rinse your potatoes, but do not dry them - this will be the moisture you need for the crockpot.Place potatoes (and any additional toppings you desire) into crockpot and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours (or on HIGH for 3.5-4 hours). Potatoes are done when you can easily insert a fork into the center.
Pampered Chef Stoneware is awesome......the surface is virtually non porous so you won't transfer food tastes between foods and your foods will come out crispy and cook even....so no more burnt edged cookies or brownies with raw middles.....to use the stone you may want to grease it the first couple times so foods won't stick.....as your stone becomes seasoned it will darken in color and become non stick. You should only wash your stone in hot water and scrape off excess food with the Pan Scraper provided. Do not put your stone in the dishwasher and they recommend not to use soap.
