First obviosly is the beef . . . you will need two pounds of it for a family of four.

Next, would be diced up onions

Now, you would put in ketchup or Tomato Juice depending on if you want it thick or slightly runny.

afterwards you put in some diced red and green peppers as many as you like perferably half of each

Lastly you put in a little bit of mustard, tsp and a pinch of salt and pepper

for another option you can roll the beef into balls and you can serve it with noodles!
