y0u don't cook beef jerky in a dehydrator you dehydrate it for 4 - 15 hours usually
Dehydrating is still cooked beef. Beef jerky can be "dehydrated" in the oven too which is just "cooking" the jerky until it is dried out enough to be called jerky and be kept for an extended period of time out of refrigeration. I have made jerky for years and have tried both methods. It usually takes about 8 hours.
bake 2 lbs ground pork temperature and how long
A food dehydrator works by using warm moving air to remove liquid from food. As long as your dehydrator is not one that goes into the microwave, aluminum foil is safe.
Ground venison can last in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 days when stored properly in an airtight container. If you want to extend its shelf life, consider freezing it, which can keep it safe for several months. Always check for any off odors or discoloration before use, as these are signs it may have spoiled.
I dn1t know that is why i8 am asking you
To deep fry venison, cook it for about 3 to 5 minutes per pound at a temperature of 350°F (175°C) until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare. Cut the meat into smaller pieces for even cooking, and ensure the oil is hot enough to create a crispy exterior. Always monitor the cooking process to prevent overcooking, as venison can become tough if cooked too long.
Venison Shelf life is aproximately, 5 days in the fridge, and 2-3 months in a freezer
I would like to know what temperature and for how long it takes to dehydrate marshmallows.... I have a dehydrator...

Depending on which tube you use the 17mm or 19mm, the 17mm you cook for 3 1/2 hours at 170 and the 19mm you cook for 4 hours at 170. Do not let them set in the oven or they will become dry. I use a oven because smoking the sticks gives the meat a bitter taste.
Medium for venison is 160F. This is also the temperature at which any bacteria is killed. It is a very important internal temperature for ground venison. Venison burgers should always be coked to a minimum of 160F. However, if you are cooking whole cuts like stakes or roasts a lower internal temperature (140F) is recommended to enhance flavor and tenderness. Venison is delicate. Most complaints about venison being "gamey" spring from over cooking or leaving too much fat on the meet when butchering. If butchered properly and cooked to no more than medium rare the stakes or chops will not have that "gamey" flavor. If you like your meet cooked well you will not want to fry, roast, or grill whole cuts of venison. In that case adapt recipes that call for braising (cook long, slow, and wet) like bourguignon or sauerbraten. Enjoy.
Drying apricots in an electric dehydrator typically takes about 8 to 12 hours at a temperature of 135°F (57°C). The exact time can vary based on the size and moisture content of the apricots, so it's important to check them periodically. They should be pliable and have no moisture when done. Always refer to your dehydrator's manual for specific guidelines.
Yes, if you are baking or roasting them they will over cook and begin to dry out if you cook them to long.
