A 6lb boneless pork loin roast should cook in a crock pot on high for 3-4 hours. A pork loin roast in the oven should cook for about 2 hours on 350 degrees.

A 3lb pork roast should be smoked for about 4-5 hours at a temperature of 225-250F until it reaches an internal temperature of 145F.
I assume it is a bone in roast - For bone in 20 minutes per pound should do it. Pork should reach an internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. CHECK the link I added.

Cooked BBQ pork loin roast can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Ensure it is properly wrapped or placed in an airtight container to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. Bacteria can form on food left out after an hour. It is best to refrigerate cooked food as soon as possible to prevent this.
This will depend on the thickness but an average chop will cook in about 10 mins if you cook it longer it will become tough unless you cook it on a low heat for about 30 mins or more.
