Fatty foods such as organ meats (liver, kidney), non-lean meats, poultry skin and processed meats (bologna, Hot Dogs, bacon, sausage and lunch meat), lard, butter, whole milk and other whole-fat dairy products (cheese and ice cream), margarine or shortening containing trans fats, coconut and palm oil. Hepatitis C patients also should go easy on baked goods that tend to be high in fat, and fried fast food, (french fries, burgers)
