"Dorf" means villiage in German. "Ucht" doesn't really have a meaning in modern German, but in Old German, it may have meant "the Dawn" (from A Dictionary of the Anglo-Saxon Language by Joseph Bosworth published in 1838)

There are at least two villiages in Germany with the name Uchtdorf - Uchtdorf, Niedersachsen, and Uchtdorf, Sachsen-Anhalt, so if someone has the last name "Uchtdorf", it could mean that their family hails from one of these cities.
