Yes, and you can be too, if you follow these simple steps:
1. eat fruit and veggies at least 2 times a day. When you need a snack, ditch the chips and candy, go for an apple!
2. at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise a day. I do about a 2 mile run every other day and then in that other day I do an aerobic workout.
3. getting enough sleep. I get about 8 hours of sleep every night, more or less sometimes, but you need at least 8 to be energetic and feeling great!
4. Get outside and get some air. The sun provides the Vitamin D you need.
I say I get about at least 2 hours during the summer and fall and spring, but I get about 30 minutes in the winter. More if it snows.
