I would not recommend it because vinegar is a form of acid. If you consume too much acid, it can lower the Ph level of your blood to be more acidic which can cause severe illness or death.

As my research has stated, coffee is an okay drink to have on the bland diet but it is one of the food items to have in moderation. You should watch the amounts of coffee that you drink and maybe only have it every other morning if you are a morning coffee drinker.

I too have measured a cup of liquid with a 1 tablespoon measuring tool and I get 24 tablespoons every time. I have read that it supposed to be 16. Why is this?
it is probably easier if you drink 1 glass of vinegar a day whill kepping your protein up by eating 1 pound of raw mince every 6 hours
It ok for kids to drink one or two glasess every week it will no harm kids. Ginseng will NOT harm unless excesive amounts are taken!!!!
