Not really unless you eat them in a ridiculously large quantity. But I would NOT suggest to go on some sort of fruit crash diet with only fruits because your body needs iron and other proteins and vitamins to function properly. Remember: Pretty much anything in moderation is good for you. But the more fruits and vegetables you have in your diet, the better.
