No. Your body height is not depended on your lunch (macaroni Coca-Cola, Pizza and other junk food that will stunt your height and make you look unhealthy...)
But there is a correct amount of certain food from the food-pyramid that one should take every day. look in Google for food pyramid and daily doses from eat category and start taking them at any time you get hungry.
Also, if you are look for new methods to grow taller, I suggest you try: Diet, Yoga, Supplements (www.growth-flexv.com), Amino Acids... There is a well known height clinic in Canada by Dr Etienne...
I personally would not use anything to increase my height but instead hang with those who are shorter than me- like this I' am always tall :) Good luck everyone!
Thanks!
Jonathan

No. Eating honey does not stunt your growth.
Heavy lifting will not stunt your growth. Your growth depends mainly upon eating a good diet. Smoking cigarettes is known to stunt the growth of a child, mainly because it reduces appetite and so leads to an inadequate diet.

Nutrition wise, eating unhealthy foods constantly and not following the food pyramid at all. Another way to stunt your growth on a more serious matter is doing bad things to your body at a young age (a drug of some-sort.)
