It really depends on how tall you are, for instance if you are 5 feet, you should probably be around 110 pounds, if you are 5 feet 5 inches you should probably be around 150 pounds or so. The best thing to do is drink alot of water, take your weight and divide it by 2 and that's how many ounces a day you should drink. Cut down on all soda pops, eat less bread, pasta and meat. A very good way to weight lose is to become a vegetarian which means you cut down meat, poltry and fish but eat more vegetables and fruits. overall just watch you intake of calories and sugar.
