There are three ways to see how much visceral fat you have: (1) Get a DEXA scan done at a hospital or university that has such facilities, (2) Buy a body fat scale that supports such a feature (there are very few, search "visceral fat" and "body composition scale" or something similar, Omron puts out a series that does this, starting at 60 bucks or so), or (3) use a tape measurer to measure your waist... search for "how much visceral fat" in Google or other search engine to get the specifics... I personally question the accuracy of the last (third) method, but if it's your only option, then it's your only option.
