You do it by eating a variety of meals that include Greek yogurt, nuts, peanut butter and other nut butters, high protein breads, smoothies and shakes with vegan/veggie based protein supplements, and of course Eggs.

My advice would be to try eating about a half tub of the 32oz organic non fat Greek yogurts that are out there like stoneyfields organic oikos brand (I like vanilla), which will net you about 22 grams of portein. Then follow that up with a slice of ezekial bread which has 5 grams of protein, and spread on some peanut butter which should bring you to around 30ish grams. Hope that helps!

As a nutritionist the above information is ok. Not the best though. You want a good variety of foods. You would gain protein from a variety of Foods. Including: Milk, Eggs, cheeses, nuts, Yogurt, Beans, beef, etc. I would say it depends. do you have a specific preference for eating? It's hard to tell, are you going to eat your egg yolk? 1 Whole egg, boiled or over hard would provide you with 20 grams of protein. There you go. One glass of milk and you have 30 grams of protein simple. Not a problem right? Add some variety there though, this would be about 420 calories (Or so) for 1 whole egg and 1 oz. glass of 2% Milk. Getting some feedback could help me to go further. Thanks.
