When life gives you fried chicken take the skin off. What I'm trying to say is make the best of a bad situation, EXERCISE is key because since you're eating foods that are high in calories you need to balance it out by burning them off, try dancing, sports, swimming, skating, pushups, jumping jacks, jump rope, hula hoop, running, walking, weight lifting, and basically anything that make you break a sweat. Another thing to do is eat less, take smaller portions. For example, if you eat 3 slices of Pizza try eating 2 slices, skip dessert, if it's on the menu ask for a salad or a sandwich with grilled chicken or beef on it, don't order fries larger than a small or better yet don't order them at all! Skip cheese or mayo on your burger...ect. Another thing you can do is calmly explain to your parents the reason you want to eat healthier, tell them how you want to avoid alot of health problems that eating bad foods causes. If all else fails, wait til you're old enough and get a job, cleaning, babysitting, anything that pays and use some of that money towards eating healthier foods. I hope this helps.

I am sure that it isn't. You wont get any calcium or protein for sure. I am sure that you will lose weight doing this, but at what cost? Probably not the best idea to do this kind of diet.
