To loose weight i suggest that you loose chocolate, and all deserts next exersice a lot run for at least 30 minutes 4 times a week. And go to a local gym 2-3 times a week and you should be there in no time Oh and single portions only!!

Dont bother taking trimball exp 200 I just sent mine back. I weigh 204 pounds and wanted to loose at least 50 pounds My total price for trimball was 139.00 and i actually gained 8 pounds It does not work at least for me it didnt.
Eat very little, avoid carbs, and run....A LOT
Yes it is completely healthy, on average it is healthy to loose 2-3 a week so don't worry and get skinny.
