Typically 2 pounds per week is healthy so 10 weeks to loose 20 pounds. Every person is different. If you are starting off at a heavier weight 40 pounds overweight you will/can healthy loose more weight per week (approx 3-5 pounds per week) so 4-7 weeks . I would recommend starting off with 2 or 3 pounds off per week make it your goal. Wait at least 2 weeks before weighing yourself once you start your diet/exercise routine. Daily or weekly weight-ins will most likely cause you to give up. GOODLUCK!
I cant say that you would loose a total of 30 lbs in a matter of 4 weeks, but low-carb diets, when done correctly provide a healthy weight loss. Typically the first week people loose 5-10 lbs from water weight and then slowly loose from there, depending on what your intake is like. If you arent sure how to do a low carb diet, Atkins is a more extreme form of it and can give you and idea of what your body is doing to loose that weight.
You can't, that rate is way too steep. For 3 weeks, 6-8 lbs would be a good and healthy result.
By eating healthy foods & exercising everyday!
Depends on your height
you will loose 10 pounds and have a stronger core

You cannot feasibly and safely lose 100 pounds in a few weeks. Extreme weight loss in a very short space of time is not healthy.
yes, calorie shifting is a very effecetive way of lossing weight i have done it recently and lost ten pounds in two weeks but you have to stick to it but eating healthy and regular excersie is the best method
Eat healthy food, and exercise!
