It is unlikely that anyone will have a diet plan to make you lose 25 kg in a month, because it is too much weight to lose in such a short period of time. If you aim to lose the 25 kg over 3 or 4 months, you will be more likely to stick to a diet and exercise plan, lose weight and keep it off. If you eat three healthy meals a day, drink plenty of water and exercise daily, you should find that you will lose weight at a consistent rate.
