Losing too much weight can be more dangerous than putting on too much weight. A usual "rule of thumb" is don't lose more that %10 of your body weight in a given 3 week stretch.

Sorry, you would not be able to lose a significant amount of weight in one week, it has been proven unhealthy to lose much more than half a kilogram in a week (that's if you are an ideal weight already) but for an overweight person who has tens of kilos to lose they may be able to lose 1 or 2 kg in a week, but if they are fat, that wouldn't make much of a difference, It takes time! There is no 'fast' way to lose that much weight. It wasn't gained fast, it won't go away fast. You are talking about a year to safely lose that much weight without causing major health problems. Sensible diet and exercise will help a great deal.
