Try drinking a glass of water before each meal or whenever your feeling peckish. Sometimes our bodies mistake hunger for thirst.

Switch your 3 main meals a day for 5 small ones that way you don't go without food for a long period of time and you wont be tempted to over eat. Try putting food on smaller plates so it looks likes there more there.

Eat slower as our bodies take some time to register and to feel full.
