Okay, The way your body fuels itself is from carbohydrates, fat and protein. Carbs are the main food source, fat is what is left over from this and stored for later use and protein is basically your muscles. Each one is used in the respective order of carbs, fat then protein. Well...I wouldn't recommend it but if you wanted to lose this amount of weight then do it like they do it on the discovery channel. Fast. Just don't or do it moderately and exercise a lot. This means that, once you burn all of your carbs, your body will begin to burn your fat. Then, because your body is on the brink of physical exhaustion, and needs energy badly it will begin to consume the protein which is basically muscles. So just picture your body eating itself to get by. By the time you get to the protein stage i think you would have lost a lot more then 15 pounds. But i really think it's best to leave the fat for now and work it of the normal way.

15 pounds in 3 weeks is pretty extreme. That's almost a pound a day. You didn't gain that 15 pounds in 3 weeks, you can't expect to lose it in that time. Proper, sensible diet and good exercise can allow you to lose about half that amount in three weeks. The first week could get you as much as 5 pounds, but it will slow after that to a pound or so a week. You would be amazed at how much a difference just 5 pounds will make to the way you look and feel.
To lose 15 lbs within 3 weeks is not as easy as it may seem. You surely want to count your carbohydrate and calories, in what you eat. You would need to exercise or be active. Instead of drinking juice or soda it's a better idea if you drank water. Go to a local gym or sport is also a good way to stay in shape and maintain a nice body. Try to control your apatite and think twice. Remember to NEVER try to lose weight by NOT eating.

Also you would half to eat less. Try eating 3 meals and a healthy snack.

If your still hungry its good eating something that has very low or no calories at all.

Cheese, jello, salad, and chicken has no carbs or has little or no calories. I suggest you eat lite snacks.

Make sure when you get your exercise to have a goal to LOSE at least 2,000 calories working out. If your a busy person try setting up a schedule for how many hours while working out. Example: If you work many hours you would try and stay at a gym for a longer period of time, then you usally would half. For people who have the time good luck!
