Forget about it. There's no sensible, sustainable way that's even remotely healthy to lose weight at that rate. Cut down on everything obviously fatty and sugary, and serving sizes in general, and you may be able to lose 1-3 lbs/week without risking your health. You'll stand a much better chance of keeping the weight off as well.
