Well of cause the best way to loose weight is to exersize but if this is not possible because of an illness or an injury then there are several things you can do;

eat food that is more nutritious (if you are constantly eating McDonald burgers then you are clearly going to put on weight due to all of rubbish in it),

reduse your potion sizes (eat from hunger not greed, i am definatly NOT telling you to starve yourself because that just make you ill and when you do eat something it make you put on more weight than usual),

eat slowly (our bodies need a little time to realise that they are full, so if you eat slowly you will find yourself eating less than you usually do without feeling hungry afterwards)
