Lol, you probably wont lose a pound. You need like protein and fruits and veggies. and if you dont do cardio or any type of workout you wont get anywhere. but idk, try it. :)

A yogurt diet has very specific rules. Pick out a yogurt to these specifications:

(this is per 8oz)
under 200 calories.
under 4 grams of fat
at least 6 grams of protein (yogurt is a great protein food for all those who don't do research)

at least 20% or 200mg of calcium

Also look for those that have in the ingredients b. bifidum or lacodium (sp?) as these are extra bacterium that extremely good for you.

Eat 2 to 3 servings of yogurt a day and drink lots of water. Also, have one well-balanced meal consisting of other food within a decent calorie count. You'll also need to exercise.
