I want to gain weight fast. My age is 18 years, weight is 50 kgs (110 pounds) and height is 5 foot and 9 inchs (176 cm). My present BMI is 16.18. I want to know how many calories,fat protein and carbohydrates i need daily to gain weight 142 grams daily or 2 pounds (~1 kg) weekly. My work is study of colleges and 15 mint normal exercise daily and 1 km walking daily. I am hard work student. Please suggest me. Thanks in advance.
