The most I think that is possible would be 3 to 5 lbs a week. and even then you would have to eat high fiber, protien, carbs and a little fat in small meals through out the day every 2 and half hours. Then you have to do 45 mins of cardio in the morning and 45 at night along with a good strength training program for the night workout as well. You would see the best results that way. Just make sure the meals you eat are small. I usually just measure them to be about the size of my hand.
