well i eat in the morning just something small but if you eat every three hours and drink alot of water you will lose weight,make sure you exercise about 30 minutes aday and that will help to eat healthy and you will be fine ihave lost 10 pounds in the last weeek just eating small and drinking alot of water

How many times you eat a day does not make a difference if someone is going to lose weight or gain weight. It is all about calories ( healthy calories/fats/protein). If you are supposed to take in 2100 calories a day and you really eat 2700, your going to gain weight. If you are supposed to take in 2500 a day and you eat 2000, you will lose weight. Find a calorie calculator and figure your out and take it from there. Losing 10 pounds in a week is not healthy in any way. Lots of water
