a healthy amount of corn for a human to consume is the correct amount to which it comfortable to poo out of the anus. If the poo is sloppy and wet it means a perfect amount has been consumed, if it is rock hard and makes the sphincter bleed than you have eaten too much corn. also if little pieces of corn are in the poo than it means too much, if the corn has disappeared than it means it has been broken down well and you have eaten a perfect amount.

To determine how much corn you need for 300 people, it depends on the serving size. Generally, a serving of corn is about ½ cup, which is approximately 4 ounces. For 300 people, you would need about 75 pounds of corn (assuming 4 ounces per person). If you're using corn on the cob, you might estimate about 1 ear per person, resulting in around 300 ears of corn.

Many cattle don't eat any corn at all. Others will be "forced" to consume around 20 to 25 lbs of corn a day, particularly if they're finished in a feedlot in the Midwestern USA, for example. Other cattle may only consume 2 to 5 lbs of corn a day, depending on the reasons for their needing it.
