None. Weight loss is only peripherally related to exercise. The primary factor in weight gain or loss is caloric intake as compared to caloric expenditure.
If you eat fewer calories than your body needs for a given level of activity, you will lose weight, regardless of the level of activity.
If you eat more calories than your body needs for a given level of exercise, you will gain weight, regardless of how much you exercise.
Sit ups will tone and strengthen you midsection. Whether you lose weight is solely dependent upon how much you eat.
Well, different calendars have different prefaces / setups. but their are 365 days or sometimes 366. (only on leap years) in a year.
you'd die if you didn't eat for 30 days!
No you cannot, I have tried for days even with setups I found on the internet from people claiming that it works, but in the end it was all just BS and an ultimate fail. Sorry It would be awsome if you could though.
Hmmm, cold showers would have nothing at all to do with weight loss.
4 - 5 days a week should be fine on an average. If you are a mass building cycle (Lifting heavy and trying to put on weight and muscle) then 4 days workout and 3 days rest would be good. If you are a size cutting/shaping up cycle (Lifting medium and trying to lose fat and weight and retaining muscle) then 6 days workout and one day rest would be good.
Healthy diet and regular working outs are the good choice to lose weight. But 2lbs of weight loss in 3 days is not at all healthy, it would be better to give minimum 5 days of time to cut 2lbs.
If you weigh 215 pounds and fast for 7 days then you would lose several pounds. However, you would most likely regain weight once you started eating normally again. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to exercise, change your eating habits on a long-term basis, and lose weight slowly and steadily.
Every time you eat you will always gain just a little weight because your putting food in your body but no you would not gain a lot of weight at all from eating a chicken burger and fries for two days. Its not a very healthy choice to do that though and something you should not do often.
It would depend on where from and the weight of the package
Certainly. It would not be difficult for someone to lose a couple pounds the first few days of a diet. Weight loss the first couple of weeks works well, but then will taper out.
Its Impossible Losing that much weight that fast would be very unhealthy.
Depending on size and weight and the dispatcher about 3-5 days i would say.
