hello im 5f5 and weigh 11st. ive been trying on 1000 calories a day, it seems to be the most popular diet. But dont worry, theres no need to starve yourself.. Try weightwatchers food.. Its not as expensive as people make it out to be, In poundland they sell chocolatte bars and crisps that are weight watchers.. And in tesco its £1 for a ready meal!!
