Snack every 3 hours on protein (it feeds muscles and will therefore speed up your metabolism which will burn fat faster). At meals, with every vegetable serve have protein too. Drink 4+ litres of water a day, as it is suspected to speed the metabolism slightly and also cleanses your insides. I suggest taking metamucil or a fibre supplement to get rid of any toxins/waste.
Weight train 3-4 times a week (this tones muscles which burn fat and will not make you look muscly- just toned- unless you're a male), do cardio such as bike riding, walking/running and develop a daily routine such as the stairs instead of the escalator or lift.
You could have one 'free day' and eat whatever you want, but you must get back to eating healthily the next day.
This has helped me lose 10kg in about two months, which I believe is the equivalent to 22 pounds. It is a healthy choice and something that is easy to follow. !
It healthy to lose up to 15 pound a week if Ur over weight
hell no. are you insane?
Forget it. It cannot be done unless you have heart disease and have 15 pounds of water built up in your chest and other places. Three pounds a week, with exercise, is the most that you can safely lose per week.
It is impossible to be healthy and lose 20 pounds in two weeks especially at 15. The standard rate to lose weight is 2-3 pounds per week.

Just jump nonstop......that'll work.... You're gonna have to do more then jumping jacks to lose 50 pounds in a month. Also, you have to have surgery to lose that much in a month. If you have a realistic goal like 15 pounds then eat healthier and exercise.
Here are some examples: If you are male and need to lose more than 30 pounds, you can plan on around 10 or more pounds in the first 7 days. I have seen men lose as much as 12. If you need to lose around 15 pounds, you can plan on losing about 7 pounds the first week. If you are a woman and need to lose around 60 pounds, you can most likely plan on losing 12 pounds the first week. If you need to lose about 30 or less pounds you will most likely lose around 5 to 7 pounds the first week. The above situations are based on doing the HCG Diet correctly!
Too many factors to take into consideration. Probably not in any healthy way. It is very possible to lose about half that. Typically a first week of a diet will cause a great deal of water weight to be shed. For a 250 pound man, it wouldn't be unusually for them to lose 15 pounds in the first week of an Atkins diet and 3 or 4 pounds a week the first month. After that it will slow down a great deal. A teen, not likely to be over 175, you could see maybe half that, but it could have long term affects. You didn't gain 29 pounds in a month, don't expect to lose it in a month. unless you seriously consider lyposuction or amputation
You can't lose 100 pounds in 15 minutes. It takes about 11 or 12 months to lose 100 pounds.
exercise and proper diet can lower your weight by 2-5 pounds a week any more than that can be unhealthy and even deadly. A person may experience as much as 10 pounds the first week but most of that weight will be water loss. don't be in a hurry. 15 or 20 pounds a month is a good goal, and don't be discouraged if you don't attain that goal each month! You should see your doctor before starting any weight loss program! Good luck.
about 15 pounds or even 20 is still ok any higher can result in injury or unhealthy days
You could lose that much weight during that time but at that age it would more than likely not be a healthy thing to do.
