Melons, apples, grapes, Oranges, grapes, bananas, milk, soups and green vegetables are all quickly digestible. As for proteins low fat meats such as plain skinless chicken, low fat Hot Dogs, crab and imitation crabmeat, lean fish, lean lunch meat, skinless ham, canned tuna and scrambled eggs are all easily digested.
