Going without food for an extended period can lead to severe physical and mental health issues. Initially, the body uses stored glycogen for energy, but once that's depleted, it begins to break down fat and muscle for fuel. Prolonged fasting can result in malnutrition, weakened immune function, organ damage, and eventually, death if starvation continues. Additionally, cognitive functions may decline, leading to confusion and impaired decision-making.

i believe the stove was invented because fires used too much wood and they needed a fuel efficient way to cook food and keep it warm, and we need it because otherwise the food would either be too cold or it would take a very long time to cook, so we need the stove because now we can easily cook food and boil water without waiting too long for your food.
too long
As long as you have a otherwise healthy diet and sufficient exercise you can occasionally have a junk food binge without harm, as long as you don't go overboard or do it too often.
