your body will lack in all its essential nutrients if you don't have enough energy going into your body. that is why it is important to have a balanced diet. If you don't have enough energy containing food then you could start to loose weight and will most likely start to feel dizzy and sick allot of the time. It is the same if you have too much energy, however this can have a dramatic effect on your heart and can cause heart failure and nobody wants that!
