The best way to lose that amount of weight in that little of time is to stay focussed and to not cheat on your diet rutine and also to excersize at height altitude at least 1 hour a day every day of the week. Good luck = }
also if you take notes of how many calories you eat everyday would be good and also you need to drink water everyday instead of drinking juice and sodas such as coke, dr pepper, Sprite, and so on. you can drink juice sometimes such as apple juice and orange juice but i would stick with water
exersise everyday and don't worry what you eat that much but make sure you watch how much eat everyday
I don't think that is even possible and diet pills are a worthless scam. To get you on the right track though would be to stop eating JUNK food!! Stop drinking anything with added sugar. Only drink about a gallon of water a day and exercise at least 45 minutes 4-6 times a week integrating weight lifting, cardio, but most important is the type of diet you live on. You would have to limit your carbohydrate intake, protein, and fats(good fats like from peanuts and olive oil). Carbohydrates should probably come from fruits and vegetables and cut out any man made carbs like pasta.(if your trying to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time) The carbs should be low and the protein high and the fats about moderate level. Also smaller meals throughout the day is ideal because it keeps the metabolism moving. You should shoot for about 5 to 6 small meals a day. This is quite a broad answer but it is a move in the right direction.
I agree that it is allmost impossible to lose 50 pounds in 3 weeks, and if you should be able to that it would be very unhealthy. Also I wouldn't think too much about how big my carb intake is, but focus on many small meals a day (even 10 meals is possible). Subsequently I would eat more of the low glycemic carbs (dark bread, pasta etc.) and less of the high glycemic carbs (pure sugar of course, white bread etc.) because it ensures a higher fat oxidation rate in the hours after such a meal.
Take some pills, but eventually, It will come to haunt you.
Eat high-protein low-carb foods and exercise. Eat more fruits and drink lots of water.
By eating healthy foods & exercising everyday!
By consuming extra calories and foods such as ice cream everyday.
My wife and I have both had great success in losing more than 30 pounds each in ten weeks, all without exercise, just by substantially reducing the amount of sugar we eat daily. If you can add some exercise your 37 pounds in 10 weeks is definitely achievable, but you will need to get serious about understanding what foods have sugar. Sugar is also addictive, so it can be challenging in the first four weeks, but definitely, worth the effort. Give it a try, you dont have anything to lose other than excess pounds.
No. Not without major surgery.
1 pound xD
Go two weeks without and your system should be good to go--depending whether you are addicted or not.
Yes, but it's difficult.
sucks.
Substantially reduce your daily sugar (Fructose) intake. I lost 6 pounds in my first two weeks, 25 pounds in 8 weeks and I am still steadily losing weight six months on, all without exercising. You do need to know where Fructose is (what foods have or don't contain Fructose) and avoid eating it. Stick to this for at least four weeks, and you won't ever go back to eating too much sugary food again.
If by "trust pills" you mean birth control pills, no they will not make you abort.
first you can lose 12 pounds in 1 month (in a healthy way without ay side effects) you should keep both doing any kinds of exercises (walking-swimming-running) for 60 minutes daily eat next foods(fruits-vegetables-fiber-milk -fish and cheese) avoid ext foods(fast foods,Pepsi-potato chips-foods that contain high amounts of both fat and calories)
