So far, it's still just diet and exercise.

Answeri have lost about 16kg so far YEAh and Ive done it through swimming laps for bout an hour a day, 5days a week and eating small meals through out the day, no starving ma self, no throwing up simple excise and healthy eating, its only been about a month and already Ive lose 16kg!

if u want to lose it quickly, u can kind of starve Ur self. Have small meals in the morning and no lunch and a small 1 for dinner. don't be tempted to have snacks. and exercise a bit. u don't have to do much. and don't eat fatty foods. for breakfast have cereal, dinner have a chicken salad. something like that.

diet( proportion size), at least 30 to 60 mins of exercise a day, remember that there is no wuick fix to lose weight, this has to be a life style change. also remember to drink at least 7 classes of water a day ( if not more) as well eat at least every 3 hours whether its nuts, or veggies just keep your metabolism working, the less you eat the less your metabolism doesnt work, so when you go to eat a big meal,( after not eating) your metabolism has slowed down because of the lack of food entering your system
