I did slim fast over the past summer. It was my mom, myself, and my sister who did it,
but we only ate a shake for breakfast and lunch, and a bar for dinner. Nothing else. I lost 14lbs in 1 week! And about 5 lbs per week after that. Of course the first week was mostly water weight, but it's still 14lbs down! We also worked out to Tae Bo 6 days a week!
There is no 'fast' way to lose that much weight. It wasn't gained fast, it won't go away fast. You are talking about a year to safely lose that much weight without causing major health problems. Sensible diet and exercise will help a great deal.
